Hello, I'm Mary!
I'm So Delighted To Meet You
Life can be messy and unpredictable. I am the youngest of four children, whose ages span 12 years. Our father actively pursued and desperately chased after a deep understanding of who he was and how he was to be. The stress on our family played out in different ways.
In college, I became aware of the ever-lasting love my Father-God has for me. This relationship transcends the one I have with my earthly father. It made loving my dad easier. My brokenness and hurt were now covered in the healing embrace of a covenant love. I was able to place all my dreams and desires in my loving God knowing that he has me forever, for always, no matter what! I may be messy, but God is not!

When my husband left full time work due to mental health needs, I took a job as a Director of Children's Ministry. Wanting to be better equipped for serving children and their families, I enrolled and earned my Masters degree in Family Life Ministry.

I transitioned into children’s ministry with a church that had a nationally renowned signature program in a Vacation Bible School serving 1800 children over 3 weeks.
My family and I moved to Minnesota when I accepted a position as Director of Children’s Ministry and revitalized their Vacation Bible School increasing enrollment from 200 to 800. After a year, we returned to Rochester New York. In finding healing from hurts, habits and hangups, my husband and I launched the ministry of Celebrate Recovery at our church. We led it for seven years.

Once again, I sought to serve families and formed a partnership to bring Life Management Solutions to Rochester, NY. This nationally-acclaimed, twelve-week family coaching program was able to successfully combat truancy, curb gang involvement and diminish violent behavior. We had proven success as evidenced by parental feedback that indicated the following:

-
97% of youth and/or parents who had truancy-related issues improved on their school,
-
94% of all youth improved their grades,
-
96% of youth showed improvement in peer relations,
-
100% reported improvement in family relations overall,
-
95% of adults and parents who participated recognized and took ownership of poor decision making, emotional contamination, and overall dysfunction in the family unit.
Invite me into your situation and allow my experience, skill and passion for serving families to help you find lasting solutions that work for you!
Being Family Strong,
Mary
