Our Services

This is the place where the journey begins.

What's the goal? Being Strong. Being Family Strong.

Come and learn how to do life better - together.

Are you ready?

For the individual who wants direction and seeks new ways to live, I offer coaching services to discover who you are BEING to answer questions like:

  • Who am I?

  • What purpose drives me?

  • Where do I find meaning?

  • What am I passionate about?

Together we explore and uncover your meaning and purpose in life. Your state of BEING leads you in a deep discovery of becoming the very best of yourself.

Together we can look beyond the surface for discovering that which is meaningful and worthy to you…your perspective, your meaning gives the value (not mine).

I am a guide on your journey, one to help you find and define what is already within. I bring curious inquiry. You bring an open and inquisitive mind.

Our Clients Say

I worked with Mary for several weeks at a crossroads in my career. During our sessions together, Mary guided me by structuring our sessions and asking questions that helped me to set personal goals and strategies.

Mary is a consummate professional and does not cross boundaries or pass judgment. Between visits, she checked my progress and sent encouraging and valuable information to ensure I followed my plan.

I wanted Mary to tell me what to do and make my decisions, but she held to life coaching principles as a guide and supporter, which allowed me to gain strength, self-confidence, and independence.

When our weekly sessions ended, Mary continued to be a true mentor by checking my well-being and sending me various professional opportunities.

I am privileged to have Mary in my life and strongly endorse her as an expert life coach.
